essary to defray Town charges for the ensuing year and make appropriations for the same.


Art. 7. To see in what manner the Town will dispose of its refunded dog tax and act thereon.


Art. 8. To see in what manner the Town will support its poor the ensuing year.


Art. 9. To see in what manner the Town will repair its roads and bridges the ensuing year.


Art. 10. To see if the Town will give the Collector of Taxes the same power which the Treasurer has when Col- lector of Taxes.


Art. 11. To see if the Town will authorize the Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen, to borrow money in an- ticipation of revenue of the municipal year beginning Jan. 1, 1915, to an amount not to exceed $4,000 (four thousand dollars. )


Art. 12. To see what action the Town will take for sup- pressing the gypsy and brown tail moths and make appro- priation for the same.


Art. 13. To see if the Town will vote to discontinue the road commencing at the road leading to the homestead of Russell S. Higgins, thence north over land of said Higgins to land belonging to the Estate of L. D. Baker. (By re- quest. )


Art. 14. To see if the Town will vote to grade and sur- face with oil, the road commencing at the oil road near F. C. Hatch's swamp, thence north as the road runs, by the great pond, and raise and appropriate a sum of money for the same. (By request. )


Art. 15. To see if the Town will instruct its Selectmen in regard to a closed season on soft shell clams, or do or act anything thereon.

Art. 16. To see if the Town will elect a committee to re-locate and mark the Town landings and appropriate money for the same or do or act anything thereon. (By re- quest. )


Art. 17. To see if the Town will vote to grade and sur- face with oil one mile of road running from Alonzo Higgins' north, and raise and appropriate money for the same or do or act anything thereon. (By request. )


Art. 18. To see if the Town will vote authorizing the Selectmen to transfer the Hosea Dill estate to Mrs. Rebecca Lee, or do or act anything thereon.


Art. 19. To see if the Town will install a water system in the Town Hall and raise and appropriate money for the same, or do or act anything thereon.


Art. 20. To see what action the Town will take in re- gard to the amount due on the 1911 tax list, or do or act anything thereon.


Art. 21. To see if the Town will vote to lay out and sur- vey Nausett road beginning at the North Eastham R. R. crossing near the Depot, thence south as the road runs to the corner south of the estate of Carrie Chase, thence over and through the so-called school house field and land of D. W. Sparrow and others, into the Town road opposite the Sanborn Estate, thence south as the road runs to the oil road opposite C. H. Robbins' dwelling house, and raise and appropriate money for the same, or do or act anything thereon. (By request. )


Art. 22. To see if the Town will vote to fit up the vaults at the Town Hall with fireproof shelving, and raise and ap- propriate money for the same, or do or act anything thereon.


Art. 23. To see if the Town will vote to purchase a pro-

tectograph for the Town Treasurer, or do or act anything thereon.


Art. 24. To see if the Town will vote authorizing the correction in the course as recorded on the road between the house of Samuel F. Brackett and the house of Simon F. Lee.


Art. 25. To see what action the Town will take in re- gard to Chapter 807 of the Acts of 1913, or do or act any- thing thereon.


And you are directed to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies thereof, one at each of the Post Offices in said Eastham, and one at the harness shop of George H. Walker, in said Eastham, seven days at least before the time for holding said meeting.


Polls will he open at 10 o'clock A. M.


Hereof fail not and make due returns of this Warrant with your doings thereon to the Town Clerk at the time and place of the meeting as aforesaid.
