Visiting Nurse Association

To the Citizens of Norwell-

We present under this report a list of calls made by your Public Health Nurse during the year 1924 and also the financial report of this association.

We are glad to say that we are better equipped to render service to the community by having provided the nurse with sick-room supplies.

By close affiliation with Plymouth County Association of Visiting Nurse Committees and The State Board of Nurs- ing Organizations, we are able to keep in touch with the work of organizations in other towns of Plymouth County and towns throughout the state.

We are glad to announce that we have an Agreement of Affiliation with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company whereby the Industrial Policy Holders and Group Certifi- cate Holders of this Company in this town shall receive nursing service under the supervision of your Visiting Nurse Association.

Through affiliation with Massachusetts Tuberculosis League and the sale of Christmas Seals, we were able to send one child to the Summer Health Camp in Hanson for the month of August, where a marked improvement in the health of the child was made.

TOWN OF NORWELL

To protect the members of this association against any suit or debt, we are now incorporated under the Laws of Massachusetts and will hereafter be known as Norwell Visiting Nurse Association, Inc.
