to me in Hand well & truly paid at & before the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents by Job Lewis of Boston aforesd Merchant the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have given granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed convey- ed & confirmed & by these Presents do give grant bargain sell aliene enfeoffe convey & confirm unto the sª Job Lewis his Heirs & Assigns for ever all my Right Estate Title & In- terest being One full Moiety or half Part of & in the aforesd Fifteen Hundred Acres of the aforesd Lands Part thereof to be of the sª Two Islands & the remaining Part to be or con- sist of the Necks & Tracts of Upland & Marsh Ground aforementioned & referred to in & by the aforesd Deed & granted to me the sª Cornelius Waldo as aforest Together with all & singular the Ways Waters Water Courses Pro- fits Priviledges Rights Comodities & Appurces thereunto belonging & the Reversions & Remainders thereof To have and to hold the sd given & granted Lands & Premisses with the Appurces unto the sª Job Lewis his Heirs & Assigns for ever And I the sª Cornelius Waldo for my self my Heirs Execra & Admin's do covenant promise grant & agree to & with the sd Job Lewis his Heirs & Assigns by these Pres- ents in Manner following That is to say that I the sª Corne- lius Waldo am the true sole & lawful owner of the sd grant- ed Land & Premisses with the Appurces having in my self full Power & lawful Authority to grant sell & dispose there- of in Manner as aforesd And that I shall & will warrant & defend the Lands hereby granted unto him the sd Job Lewis his Heirs & Assigns for ever against my self & my Heirs & the Ileires of the sd John Manning lately Deed And all Per- sons claiming any Right therein by from or under us or them In Witness whereof I the sª Cornelius Waldo & Faith my Wife (in Token of her free Consent to these Presents & full Relinquishment of her Dower or Thirds of & in the aforegranted Premisses) have hereunto put our Hands & Seals the Twenty Sixth Day of August Anno Dom' One Thousand Seven Hundd & Twenty Eight
