Thomas Cushing Jun' for & in Consideration of the Sum of One Hundred Pounds to me in Hand well & truly paid at & before ye Enscaling & Delivery of these Presents by Ed- ward Bromfield JJun' of Boston aforesd Mercht the Receipt whereof to full Content & Satisfaction I do hereby acknowl- edge have given granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed conveyed & confirmed & by these Presents do give grant bargain sell aliene enfeoff convey & confirm unto the sª Ed- ward Bromfield Jun' his Heirs & Assigns for ever One full Quarter or Fourth Part of all the Lands & Real Estate situ- ate in the County of York aforest which belonged to & were sold by the sd William Phillips & Sarah Phillips unto me the sd Thomas Cushing Jun' in & by the aforesd Deed, as by ye same Relation thereto being had will more at large appear To have and to hold One full Quarter Part ( the whole into Four equal Parts to be divided ) of & in all the aforest Lands & Premisses granted to me by the sd William & Mary Phillips as aforest unto him the sª Edward Bromfield In' his Heirs & Assigns for ever To his & their only sole & proper Use Benefit & Bchoof from hence forth & for ever more So that. of & from all Right Estate Title Interest Reclaim Challenge or Demand whatsoever to be by me the sª Thomas Cushing Jun' my Heirs & Assigns at any Time hereafter had made or claimed of in or to the sa granted Lands & Premisses We & each of us & them shall & will be utterly debarred & for ever excluded of & from the same by Force & Virtue of these Presents In Witness whereof I the s' Thomas Cushing Junt & Mary my Wife (in Token of her free Consent to these Presents & full Relinquishment of her Right of Dower or Thirds in the st granted Lands & Premisses) have here- unto put our Hands & Seals the Thirteenth Day of March Anno Domini One Thousand Seven Hundred & Thirty
