of York in the County aforest Gent-on the oth- er Part witnesseth that whereas the said Parties are seized & possessed of each a several Tract of Land in the Town- ship of York in the sd County bounding on each other viz the sd William Pepperrell of about Fifteen Acres of Land being all that lieth to the South West of the Country Road of that Farm he purchased of Capt Arthur Bragdon & on the upper Part whereof sª Arthur Bragdon lived & the s' Thom- as Bragdon is seized as aforest of a Lot of Land lying on the same side of the sa Country Road & to the South East- ward of sd Lower Part of sd Pepperrell's Land & whereas the sd Parties have mutually agreed that the Line whereon the Fence now stands Beginning at the s' Country Road about Thirty Eight Feet to ye South Eastward of sd Pepper- rells Barn there & so down South Westerly as the Fence runneth to the River shall be fixed established & confirmed as the Dividing Line or Boundaries betwixt their s Lots for ever Therefore & for the Preventing of all future Differ- ences & Disputes relating to the Premisses the sa William
