Award Arbitrament final End & Judgment of me the sa Um- pire for & concerning the Premisses be made & put in Writ- ing indented under my Hand & Seal at or before the Day of the Date of these Presents as by the said several Obligations & their several Conditions more plainly appeareth Now know ye that I the said Richard Stimson Umpire as aforest taking upon me the Charge of the sª Award & Arbitrament and having heard & viewed the Sayings & Allegations of both of the sd Parties concerning the Premisses & minding to set an Unity & Friendship concerning the same do there- upon make & put in Writing this Award Arbitrament De- termination & Judgment between the sd Parties for & con- cerning the Premisses in Manner & Form following- First having viewed the Land abovesaid & both Parties agreeing to have me divide the Land aqually & agreeing further to exchange each other a Part to them their Heirs & Assigns for ever (That is to say) the dividing Line beginning at a Stake in Eben' Ilills [Jun'] Fence & from sa Fence abot One Rod West Northwardly to a Pine Tree marked Two Sides (The Northerly Side with ye Letters R : W : & the Southerly Side of s" Tree marked with the Letters E.
