Rolla were married last night in Springfield. The groom has been recorder of deeds for Howell county. The bride is a daughter of Judge Aaron VanWormer of Rolla. She has been teaching in Rolla.

A Cow on the Track Caused the
Wrook.
Some Box Cars and the Engine De- ralled-The Local Wrecker Called Out.
Near Bandsville, a few miles this side of Thayer, at 6:30 yesterday morning there was a wreck on the Memphis which resulted in the death of Engi- beer Ross Kelsey, one of the best known engineers on the road. i way. It was the first section of No. 52. The cow caused the engine to leave the track and turn over. Five box cars followed. . The engineer and fremau both jumped for their lives. Engineer Kelsey somchow got caught by a box car loaded with sugar and was crushed to death. No one else was injured. The track at that place was in good condition, having . just bren repaired.
