In the probate court yesterday the will of the late Josiah T. Keet was probated. It won written by Mr. Keet himself, and attested by Mrs. M. C. Baker and John 1 .. Holland. The full text is as follows:
"Know all men by these presents that I. Josiah T. Keet. of the county of Greene, and State of Missouri, being of sound mind and body. do hereby give and bequeath unto Elizabeth P. Keet, my wife, and Jaines E. Keet, my son, of Greene county. Mo. all my estate. Hon real auddin:
Missouri, or in any other place, in trust for the benefit of the persona herein- after named: and :: is my wish that in the execution of the trust that the said Elizabeth P'. Keet and James E. Keet shall not be hindered or Interfered with in any way by any conrt of pro-
bate sad that no' boods"Thall "be re- quired or demanded of the maid -Elisa- beth P. Kest or James E. Keet for the faithful discharge of the duties of said trust
