Keep a large and well-selected STOCK, to which they would particularly call the attention of Boot Makers and dealers who are desirous of purchasing a superior article, at the lowest market price. Their stock comprises all kinds of
LEATHER, LASTS, and FINDINGS,
required by Boot Makers. Their CALF, KIP and UPPER, are pliable, mellow, and durable, and will resist water. Their SOLE LEATHER is solid and well tanned.
K. & B. are determined to keep their prices down to the lowest possible point, so as to give Boot Makers an opportunity of using the best description of leather, at prices usually asked for the most inferior kinds.
CASH PAID FOR HIDES.

THE COLLEGIATE COURSE
Comprises instruction in Double Entry Book-keeping, in every variety of business ; Mercantile Forms in general ; an appropriate style of Business Correspondence ; the art of detecting counterfeit and spurious Bank Notes ; practical penmanship ; a com- plete course of Commercial Calculations; the subjects of Commercial Law, and much other knowledge indispensable to correct business action.
" The character and routine of the instruction afforded in this School, and the training and discipline it adopts, fashions it after the model of a well-regulated Counting-House, and the Student is at once introduced to the practical workings of business, and the discharge of an Accountant's duties ; and the practical value of this education is fully attested by its numerous graduates who now occupy responsible and lucrative stations in business.
To this Institution belongs a well-selected LIBRARY of over 1,000 volumes, af- fording entertainment and instruction in the various departments of useful know- ledge and of general literature,-established for the gratuitous use and benefit of its Students; and there is also organized a LYCEUM or DEBATING SCHOOL, (composed of Students only,) in which subjects having a practical bearing on the interests or pursuits of Commerce and Trade, and of Political Economy generally, are discussed.
The School is in session all the time-there being no vacations ; and Stu-' dents can therefore enter whenever they please ; and, upon the payment of their tuition fees, have the privilege of completing the course of study at their option ; and are entitled to all other privileges of the Institution during life, free of additional charge.
Diplomas, under seal, are awarded to Graduates. Circulars and Catalogues fur- nished gratuitously, on application to the President.
