In the name of the Commonwealth afreeand you are hereby required to notify the legal voters of said Chelmsford to meet in the Town Hall, at Chelive. ford Center, on Monday, the fourth day of February, current, bring the first Monday of sand month, at eight o'clock in the forencos. The polls will be opened at 8-15 a.m. and closed at 1-15 P. M., and they are then and there to act upon the following articles, viz: To choose a Moderator
