Middleex Co: To Fred I. Vinal, a Constable of the Town of Clubmanford : Greeting: In the name of the Commonwealth afnesaid you are hereby required to notify the legal voiture of said Chelmsford to meet in the Upper Town Hall at ClubsAnd Centre, ou Monday, the twentieth day of actobu current at So clock in the evening, then and there to act ufer the following articles viz ;


Outrale ! To see if the Town will vote to increase the number of Selectmen from there to five , and the number of the School Committee from three to six , and the number of accessus from there to five; or act in relation therets.

To see if the Town will accept and allow a location and taking on October 6 1924, as and for a public bank under the right of eminent domain by the Brand of Pak Commissions, of a certain lot of land situated in sind Clubford on the Wolherby side of Clubinfra Struct and the Smilhurly side of Dalton Brad, Containing forty eight hundred and eighty find square fut, hine a less, as shown by their report duly filed in the office of the Town Clark; or act in relation thereto

In the event of affirmative action under article 2, to see if the Town will appropriate a sum sufficient In the estimated erfume to be incurred by the Town thereunder ; or act in relation thereto.

endr article 2- On a motion made by IM. Grant that the Town accept and allow a location and taking on Oct . 6 1924 , as and for a public park under the right of eminent domain by the Brand of Back Commissioner of a certain lot of land situated in said Clulafond on the Motherly side of Clubnapa Street and the smithuly side of Halton Road, containing forty eight hundred and eighty- five square fut of land . Time or bes , as shown by their report duly filed in the office of the Town Click. This motion was voted on in the affirmations. Inder article 3, On a motion made by Janus a Grant it was vortice that the sun of Seven Hundred and Seventy-nine dollars be appropriated out of money already in the Treasury to meet the estimativa expenses to be incurred under the preceding article.


Sender Article 4_ Th. Charles H. Clough repented for the Committee appointed at the last special Town meeting to investigate the advicability of remodeling the Old antre Grammar School and to obtain tentative plane and specifications for a new grammar school building and a site for the same, at the Centre Village. The Clough repented that the Committee after Coneulting with their architect and Engines had decided that it would be a waste money to try and remodel the old school building, there's they had flows made of a

a twelve wom brick building including an assembly Hall that would seat one thousand persona, also that the Committee had chosen a site for this building on Witam It on a lot adjacent to the High School site.


The estimated coat of this land or site with the building fully equipped would be 165,000% .


M. In. Edward Piney a member of this Committee explained the Committees idea in financing this project, as suggested by Mr. Waddell the State Director of accounts as follows: $10000 to be raised by tax levy $30000 to be taken from the Excess & Deficiency account , "25000 to be funwed inside of the debt limit, $100,000 to be bonnwed outside the debt limit, providing that the succeeding Article is acted ufem in the affirmative and favorable action is taken on this propreition when it amis before the voiture at the annual Town meeting in Fect 1925. It was voted to accept this repent ar a referat of jenogurs.


Under Article 5- Qu a motion made by M. C.A. Clough and seconded by Mr. M. Edward Piney, it was voted that, the selection petition the legislative for the authority to form the sim of $100,000 outside the debt limit In school House Surferes.


Under article 6- In regards to this article Mr. William E. Bellville explained that the state were already making the necessary refaire on the Dunstable Road in Frith Clubrefund and there . Belleville made a motor that this article be dieminced, and it was Do votiel.
