FEB = 9 article 3_ Voted that the Town authorize the Selection to act as its agent in any suit or suite which may arise requiring in their judgement the action of such agent and to employ council therefor. FEB - 9 Under article 14- The Committee appointed under article 8 of the Warrant for a special Town meeting held on Monday May 19 1924 In the purpose among other things of obtaining tentative flaws and specifications for a new grammar school building at the Center Village and also for remodelling the ferment school building at the Centre Village and to regent the cost of a new school building and a site therefo and the estimated Cost of remodelling the present school building and ferruning additions land adjoining, for playground fungerer, made the following ugent; The Jempre of the Committee offinition In a new grade school at the Center Village was to consider all probilition of remodeling the old school and in
