1. Ho person shall break or dig up any Sidewalk, street, or highway or place therem any staging or other temporary structure or tive any building into or along the same without a written permit from the Board of Selectmen. Guy from having Such formit shall, before the expiration the same restore the sidewalk street or

Any formit issued under the provisions of this section shall be in force for such time as the Selectmen may specify and shall be subject to such other conditions ar they may prescribe. The Board of Selectmen shall have the right to woke any permit at any time during the progress of the work or may require a fond either before the commencement of the work or during its progress to ensure its proper performance. Propor barriers shall be erected and lights placed from sunset to sunrise during the entire progress of any of the above work.
