Belleville, were appointed to purchase land, construct, equipe, fumes and grace the grounds around a new school building , this school building was completed as posted by the Imm, the appropriation for sande building was $ 144, 725.00 of this amount $96, 144.43 was expendere in 1925, 48, 211.12 was efunded in 1956, $270,00 was extended In 1927, and $162.00 was extended un 1928 loving a balance 1 $ 37.45.

At Upper From Hall, Chelmsford Center Wednesday Evening March 20 1929 Commonwealth of pracachmatta Middlek, SS To John E. Johnson , a Constable of the Form of Chileford.


Greeting:


In the name of the Commonwealth africana you are hereby required to notify and warm the legal voters of said Chelmsford to mut in the Offer For fall, at Chelmsford Centre, on Wednesday the twentieth day of march, current at eight (8:00) o'clock in the evening, then and there to act upon the following articles, viz:
