The meeting was called to order by Moderator Wallin Perhane and on a motion made by Selection Senge Rigby the reading of the warrant by the Town " Click was waved .


Under article # 1_ Voted to appropriate from money already in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of ninety one and /100 for the pourpre of paying fremium on additional fond of the Trun Treasurer and Collective of Twee ' as required by law .


Under Article #2 Voted to appropriate from money already in the hands the Treasurer the sum of Thirty nine and 37/100 dollars for the purpose of reimbursing Walter H. Marined for 1925 tapes on land conveyed to the Trun as a site for a fire house of north Chulmore.


Under article 3_ Voted to appropriate from money already in the hands of the Preacher the sum of seventy Five Holland for the purpose of Completing the record of World War Veterans, the money to be expended under the direction of the Selectric.

Under Article " #_Noted to appropriate from money already in the hands of the Treasurer the sum of Four Hundred Dollars for use of the Forest Worden Department.


Under Cuticle " _ Voted that a Committee of five be appointed to Consist of the following, The School Committee , Tur . Any Clough, and Thr. Leonard . Mac Eloy to prepare a plan and secure estimation on proposed athletic field on the High School Grounds, at Chelmsford Centre , to referat at a future meeting, and that the sum of one hundred dollars be appropriated from money already in the hands of the headurer for the expenses of this Committee.


Under Article 6. Voted that the Trun accept and allow Marin Street ac laid out by the selection as shown in their refert duly filed in the Office of the Trun Click.


Under Article #T. Vsted to request the Selection to petition the County Commissioners to relocate and define the Russell Mill Good .


Under article # 8. Voted that the sem of Three Hundred Dollars be appropriated from money already in the hands of the Treasurer for the purpose of this article, same to be expanded only after the relocation of theroad by the County Commissioners.

Under article "9 Mr. Frank Lupien refertide In the School Committee ou plans and specifications for a new heating system in the two School Buildings on Primas. Street, worth Clubmoford and in the Query School at West Chelmsford, Mr. Lupin said that the Committee had engaged the services of a competent Engines and had plane a specifications drawn, also they had secured estimates on the same, the lowest being $11,688,00, but to cover any extra cost such as metal covered dons for forment entrances the Goethe would ask the where to appropriate $12,500.00 Her Lupin also offered to explain and answer any questions that any voter wished to ask. The regent was received and placed on file .


Under Article #10_ Voted to appropriate from the Grass and deficiency account the sum of $12,500.000 for the fewfree of installing two heating unite in the two school buildings on Cinato Street, worth Chelmsford and one new heating unit in the Query School at What Clubeford, the same to be expanded under the supervision of the School Committee.


Under Article 11, Voted that the Town authouze the School Committee to sell and Eywey in the home and behalf of the Inhistitants of the Town of Clubsfra the land as well as the buildings The old, hoich In School so- called, the some having been conveyed to the Trun by Asa and Elfridge S. In the name of the Commonwealth. afresand you are hereby required to notify and warn the legal voters of said Chelmsford to meet in the lypen Truun Hall, at Chelmsford Centre, on Monday, the twenty third day of august, current, at 8 o'clock in the evening, then and there to act upem the following articles, viz:


article 1- To see if the Tour will raise and appropriate, or appropriate from money already in the hands of the Pressure, a sufficient sum of money for the purpose of grading and finishing the grounds at the new Grammar school on Wilem st. equipping the grounds and school building and laying a cement sidewalk along witam Street; or act in relation thereto

Article II of the articles of amendment to the constitution of the Commonwealth is hereby amended by adding at the and tired the following na paragraph ;-


Nothing in this article shall prevent the general Court from establishing in any Corporate tom or towns in this Communwar Containing more than six thousand inhabitants. a form of thon government providing for a town meeting limited to such inhabitants of the town as may be elected to meet deliberate, act and vote in the exercise the confermate pervers of the town subject to such restrictions and regulations as the general Cant May prescribe; provided, that euch establishment be with the current, and on the application of a majority of the inhabitants of such Trum, present and voting therem, purewant to a vote at a meeting duly warned and holden for the purpose .
