Under article "9 Mr. Frank Lupien refertide In the School Committee ou plans and specifications for a new heating system in the two School Buildings on Primas. Street, worth Clubmoford and in the Query School at West Chelmsford, Mr. Lupin said that the Committee had engaged the services of a competent Engines and had plane a specifications drawn, also they had secured estimates on the same, the lowest being $11,688,00, but to cover any extra cost such as metal covered dons for forment entrances the Goethe would ask the where to appropriate $12,500.00 Her Lupin also offered to explain and answer any questions that any voter wished to ask. Article II of the articles of amendment to the constitution of the Commonwealth is hereby amended by adding at the and tired the following na paragraph ;-
Nothing in this article shall prevent the general Court from establishing in any Corporate tom or towns in this Communwar Containing more than six thousand inhabitants. a form of thon government providing for a town meeting limited to such inhabitants of the town as may be elected to meet deliberate, act and vote in the exercise the confermate pervers of the town subject to such restrictions and regulations as the general Cant May prescribe; provided, that euch establishment be with the current, and on the application of a majority of the inhabitants of such Trum, present and voting therem, purewant to a vote at a meeting duly warned and holden for the purpose .
