The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Westborough Country of Worcester and Commonwealth of Massachuse acting upon the above petition of the massachusetts Telephone and Telegraph Company Dec. 28-1899 presented and filed with the said Board, petition ing for the right to erect, operate and maintain a line of protes with wires thereon upon and along certain streets and highways in the said Town of Westborough, now directs that the following writing of consent be directed to the Petitioner, and hereby grants to the massachusetts Telephon and Telegraph Company, its successors and assign the right to Erect, construct, operate and maintain its line of telephone and telegraph, including the necessary holes, wires, fixtures, etc., upon and along the following highways of said town, to wit :- Nousse Street from Grafton Town line to W.
