In Board of Selection: On the petition of the Westboro Las X Electric Company it is hereby Ordered that permission be, and the same hereby is granted, said Westboro Gas & Electric Company, to erect and maintain poles, and wires to be placed thereon together with such supporting and strengthening fritures and wines as away the inecessary in the following named streets and highways, in the Town of Westborough, to wit: East Main, Summer, Spring, Winter, Water, High, State, Willow, Milk, Brigham, Church, Fay, Boardman, Philips, Grove Parkman, West, Whitney, Heath, Blake, West Main, Cottage, Spruce, Green Elone Pine, Central, South, Cedar, Gross, Ruggles, Forbes, and Beach Streets.
All construction under this Order shall be in accordance with the following specifications, to wit:
Poles shall be of a length, size, and material, the wires thereon at a height, and the poles placed in a location satisfactory to the Selection, and all work of construction, shall be under their supervision, and subject to their approval.

Town Records Vol. 7 Westborough
Upon receipt, this book had been rebound. The folios were in poor condition, especially
at the spine. The paper was acidic.
The book was dismantled and mended with Japanese tissue and methyl cellulose paste. All folios were treated with Wei T'o non-aqueous deacidi- fier. Weak folios were reinforced with Cerex nylon and Bostik web adhesive.
The book was resewn and backed with linen. Spine adhesive is hot animal glue. Cover material is goatskin and all boards and flyleaves are acid- free.
