The undersigned, Selection of Westborough, ham given written notice to lose the Sunit's and Georg D. Brigham being all the parties known to use to Je interested in the subject matter of the street to be laid out by us, that we intend to lay ut as a townway the private, way known as Beach St., forty feet in width, leading from South St. Purewant to such notices, and no objections being made to the proposed laying out, and the 1

route of the street having been viewed and exam- ined by no, after carefully considering the sub- - jest, to adjudge that it is necessary for the public convenience, that the Street should He laid out and maintained by the town, as heremafter described.


Begining at stone Found corner of South St. and Beach St. running A. G. 131 ft. to stone found, thence Easterly row tone Found 668 feet to stone Townet, like at the whove described bounds being run over land of Joseph Smith and George O. Brigham.


This townway is to be 40 ft wind located on the Southerby side of the above described angles and hounds


No awards are made, the owner of land abathing upon said street, and of the fee of the land over which said street is laid out, in consideration of the laying out of said street and its acceptance by the town, have released all claims to land for grade damages.


The said street having been constructed, may be entered upon at once for use and travel; und said street so laid out, Located and described, is hereby reported to the town for acceptance, and when so accepted, allowed and recorded, is to be known is a townway, called Beach Street.


This record and the releases herein re- -ferred to, have this day been filed in the office of the Town Clerk.
