I hereby certify that I have examined the accounts of the Town Treasurer, the Treasurer of the Lincoln Public Library, the Treasurer of the Sinking and Trust Funds, the Treasurer of the Cemetery Commissioners and the Treasurer of the Bemis Lectureship, and I find them correct in detail and properly vouched.
