Dear Sir:
I enclose copy of vote of the Emergency Finance Board, passed at a meeting held on the 18th day of August, 1936. relative to an Appropriation to Playgrounds in the amount of $639.00.
No action was taken on the transfer of $200.00 from Stack- pole's Field Fence Appropriation to Reserve Fund.
