The town having completed the Providence Road to the Blackstone town line should turn its attention to North Avenue and endeavor to extend the improved work under Chapter 90 to the Upton town line. The work is to begin at the Upton line and work southerly. This work will require 8-inch stone foundation covered with 6-inch gravel after rolling. This will give the town a good road North, South, East, and West.
