ARTICLE 1 .- To choose a Moderator to preside over said meeting.

ARTICLE 2 .- To see what action the Town will take in regard to the extension of the proposed water main in West Street, and to provide for the payment of such extension or extensions.


Voted, to defer action to the next annual Town Meeting.


ARTICLE 3 .- To see what action the Town will take toward providing for the payment of further extensions of its system of water supply.


Voted, that the Selectmen and Water Commissioners be authorized and directed to petition the General Court of 1913 for legislation authorizing the Town to borrow money in addi- tion to the amount permitted by Chapter 353 of the Acts of 1905, for the purposes therein specified, and directing the manner and times for the payment of the same.


Voted, that the sum to be asked for be, not to exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) and the first payment upon the notes be deferred for three years.
