Article 33. To see if the Town will make an appropri- ation for maintaining, repairing and improving all or any part of the ways within the town; said appropriation to be used with any sum or sums which may be allotted by the Commonwealth or the County of Middlesex or both for such purpose or purposes; determine in what manner the money

Article 34. To see if the Town will make an appropri- ation or appropriations for Work Projects Administration projects and for the employment of the poor; determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action relating thereto.
Article 35. To see if the Town will make an appropria- tion or appropriations to pay the claims or charges of Symmes Arlington Hospital including such claims and charges for aid, relief or care furnished prior to January 1, 1942, to persons falling into distress and standing in need of immediate relief; determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action relative thereto.
Article 36. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money to be expended by or under the direction of the Selectmen in the performance of the duties devolving upon them under the Commonwealth Emergency Defense Act of 1941 or under any Federal or State legislation now in effect or hereafter enacted, and generally, for the preservation of health, the protection of persons and property, and for any purposes incidental to civilian defense in the present na- tional emergency and to provide such means as may be necessary therefor; determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action relating thereto.
Article 37. To see if the Town will appropriate a sum of money to be expended by or under the direction of the Selectmen for the necessary expenses of the Arlington Ra- tioning Board #49; determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action relating thereto.
