VOTED: That the Town of Arlington does hereby abandon the easement dated April 26, 1952, taken for Sewer Purposes by the Board of Public Works of the Town of Arlington, in a certain parcel of land known as Oldham Road from Ridge Street to 250 feet East of Country Club Drive, 40 feet in width, situated in said Arlington, recorded in Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds, Land Court Division, on April 29, 1952, as Document No. 259591, noted on Certificate of Title No. 74802, Book 499, Page 301, as more particularly described in Article 44 of the Warrant.
There being not further business under Article 44, the Moder- ator declared it disposed of.
Article 45. (Abandonment of Easement Oldham Road.) (Water)

ADJOURNED ANNUAL MEETING, MARCH 19, 1954
Pursuant to the vote of adjournment of March 17, 1954, and. written notices sent by mail by the Town Clerk, the town meeting members met in the Town Hall on Friday evening, March 19, 1954, to act upon the remaining articles set forth in the Warrant for the Annual Town Meeting.
Lists of the duly qualified town meeting members were used at the entrances of the meeting place and were in charge of Philip T. Robinson and James E. Sweeney. The lists contained the names of two hundred forty-eight (248) town meeting members.
The check lists filed with the Town Clerk at the close of the meeting showed that one hundred eighty-three (183) members and nine (9) members-at-large attended the meeting.
