Article 35. To see if the Town will make an appropriation for the Extension of the Sewerage System: determine in what manner the money shall be raised and ex- pended; or take any action relating thereto.


Article 36. To see if the Town will make an appropriation for the Extension of Water Mains: determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action relating thereto.


Article 37. To see if the Town will make an appropriation for the Extension of Storm Drains: determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action relating thereto.


Article 38. To see if the Town will make an appropriation for improvement of Volume and Pressure - Water System: determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action relating thereto.


Article 39. To see if the Town will make an appropriation for the Construction and Installation of Sidewalks and Edgestones; determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended: or take any action relating thereto.


Article 40. To see if the Town will make an appropriation for the Reconstruc- tion and Maintenance of Permanent Sidewalks and Resetting of Edgestones Upon the Public Ways of the Town: determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended: or take any action relating thereto.


Article 41. To see if the Town will make an appropriation for the relocation, alteration and widening, construction of, specific repairs upon and improvement of all or any parts of River Street, Massachusetts Avenue and Park Avenue, within the town as now existing or hereafter relocated, altered and widened, including land damages, if any, under the provisions of law authorizing the assessment of better- ments or otherwise; said appropriation to be used with any sum or sums which may be allotted by the Commonwealth or County or Middlesex, or both, for such purpose or purposes: determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action in any way relative to all or any of the foregoing.


Article 42. To see if the Town will accept the alteration of the way known as Park Avenue Extension, on the westerly corner of Summer Street, a State Highway, as made and reported by the Board of Selectmen in its capacity as a Board of Survey; will make an appropriation for the taking, alteration, construction of, and specific repairs upon all or any part of said way as now existing or hereafter altered: deter- mine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended; or take any action relating thereto.

Said way as so altered is to include the parcel of land bounded and described, as follows:


Beginning at a stone bound at the point of intersection of the northwesterly side southwesterly on said northwesterly side line of Park Avenue Extension, a distance of 33.72 feet to a point of tangency, thence northeasterly, northerly and northwesterly through Lot 2 on a curve to the left with a radius of 22.50 feet a distance of 44.15 feet to a point of curve on the southwesterly side line of Summer Street; thence south- easterly on said southwesterly side line of Summer Street, a distance of 33.72 feet to the point of beginning. Said way as so altered is shown upon a plan marked "Plan Showing Proposed Alteration of Park Ave. Ext., Arlington, Mass., Scale 1" = 10", Sept. 1959, W. H. Roby, Town Engineer".

To see if the Town will accept the laying out of a Town way from Falmouth Road West to Upland Road West, substantially in the location of the private way known as Columbia Road, as made and filed in the office of the Town Clerk by the Board of Selectmen under the provisions of law authorizing the assessment of better- ments: establish said way ; make an appropriation for said laying out and the construc- tion of said way; determine in what manner the money shall be raised; or take any action relating thereto.
