Article 52. To see if the Town will make an appropriation under the provisions of law authorizing the assessment of betterments, for the original construction of public ways in the Town, the laying out of which is accepted at this meeting, including land damages and the cost of pavement and sidewalks laid at the time of said con- struction; determine in what manner the money shall be raised and expended: or take any action relating thereto.


Article 53.
