Where as the inhabitants of Boxford qualified to rote in elections, at a legal meeting held March 7th of the current year, voted to accept the provisions of Chapter 264 Acts of 1886, which is An Act to provide for precinct voting in towns"-


In accordance with the requirements of Section first of said Act, the subscribers, the Selectmen of said town of Boxford hereby certify that we have divided the town into two convenient voting precincts as follows, viz:


Beginning at a stone monument at George- town line, near the house of Patten & Metcalf, next westerly there of - thence by the house of Charles A. Stetson, southerly thereof- thence by the house of William K. Cole, southerly thereof to a Stone monument at North Andover line.


And all that portion of Boxford East and sontherly of said line shall be known as the first precinct and that portion west and north- only of the above mentioned line shall be known as the second precinct :-
