We the Selectioner of the town of Boxford. having complied with the requirements. law in relation to notifying the owners of land over which we were

petitioned by William R. Kimball and others to widen a town way near the West Parish Meeting House, hart widened the same as follows, Beginning at a stake near the northerby side of the old Hay & cales on the line of the road leading westerly to North Am dover, said stake being six rods and twenty three links from the N.W. Corner of the new School House, thence southeasterly one rod and six links to a stake. thence a little more southerly one rod and four links to a stake, said stake being one rod and seventeen links from the northerly Elm tree in Mas Hover's land, ranging to the south west con- mer of the School house on the opposite corner of The road; thence a little more southerly twenty three links to a stake; thence a little more southerly one rod to a stake; thence a little more southerly nineteen links to a stake, said stake being two rod's and sixteen links from a large stone at the end of the wall near the School house on the opposite side of the road, thence in a straight line eleven rods and twenty two links to the line of the road at landof Aaron L. Parker; the northerly and easterly boundaries of said road to remain as at present; And we have assessed the damages of Mrs Larissa Hover at twenty eight dollars which includes the removal of seven rods and thirteen links of Bank Wall; and we have allowed her three months from this date in which to remove the same. All of which we hereby respectfully report to the town for its acceptance.
