and others have laid out a town way as follows Beginning at a point in the road bearing from the North west corner of Porter's Mill North 21 1/2° East 16 ft


Thence from said point over Porter's Dam South 431/2 West 12 rods. Thence South 22 1/2 West & Rods to the southerly end of the Damo, thence South 6° West 17 Rods and 8 Links to a point in the road opposite the south end of the shed at the small barn of D. F. Harriman, thence from the south west corner of said shed on the east side of the proposed road, South 4 12° East 15 Rods 8 links to a Pear tree by the wall a few words wortheasterly of the house of said Harriman laying all the land into the road from said line Westerly to Mr Harman's Buildings and Fence.


This proposed location takes from Daniel J. Harriman 122 Sgr. Rods of Land and requires him to build 15 Rods & Links of Fence,


The width of the proposed road is about 21 feet over Porter's Dam and we have laid it out three rods wide from the south end of said dam to the south end of the shed, near the small barn of D. F. Harriman.


We have awarded Mr Harriman for damages One hundred and thirty dollars, and he is to remove his Ice house, Trees and Fence before the first day of April 1868.


We have also awarded Jonathan & Porter for Damages Sixty Dollars.
