[TOWN WARRANT.] STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE.


Cheshire, ss.


To the inhabitants of the town of Walpole qualified to vote in town affairs :


You are hereby notified to meet at the town house in said town of Walpole, on Tuesday, the twelfth day of March, next, 1912, at nine o'clock in the forenoon, to act upon the following subjects :


Article 1 .- To choose a town clerk for the ensuing year.


Art. 2 .- To choose selectmen, auditors, sealer of weights and measures, fence views, and all other necessary officers for the ensuing year.


Art. 3 .- To see what action the town will take in relation to raising the license fees for the sale of liquors.


Art. 4 .- To raise money for support of schools, school supplies, the poor, town library, cemeteries, to build and re- pair highways and bridges, and for such other current and incidental expenses as may accrue.


Art. 5 .- To sec if the town will vote to pay John J. Fitz- gerald for extra labor and material furnished by him in the construction of the bridge over the Connecticut river between the towns of Walpole, N. H., and Westminster, Vt., and pro- vide means therefor, or take any action in relation thereto.


Art. 6 .- To see if the town will authorize its selectmen to raise money on the notes of the town as needed for current

expenses, in anticipation of the receipt of taxes for the year, and also in order to meet expenses not foreseen at the time of making the yearly estimate.


Art. 7 .- To see if the town will vote to exempt from taxa- tion money loaned the town by its citizens at a rate not ex- ceeding four per cent.


Art. 8 .- To see if the town will vote to discontinue high- way leading by Irving Felch's house from the River road.


Art. 9 .- To see if the town will vote to appropriate a sum not exceeding twenty-five dollars to defray the expenses of decorating the soldiers' graves, May 30th, 1912.


Art. 10 .- To act upon any account that may be presented.


Art. 11 .- To transact any other business that may legally come before said meeting.


Given at Walpole this twenty-third day of February, 1912.

To the inhabitants of the town school district of Walpole, qualified to vote in district affairs :


You are hereby notified to meet at the town house, in said Walpole, on Saturday, the 16th day of March, 1912, at two o'clock in the afternoon, to act upon the following sub- jects :


1st .- To choose a moderator for the ensuing year. 2nd .- To choose a clerk for the ensuing year.


3rd .- To choose two members of the school board for a term of three years.


4th .- To choose a treasurer for the ensuing year.


5th .- To choose one or more auditors for the ensuing year.


6th .- To see what sums of money the district will vote to raise and appropriate for the support of schools, repairing school houses, payment of district debt and interest thercon, and for other district expenses.


7th .- To see if the district will vote to renew the con- tract with Bellows Falls high school, for the tuition of high school pupils from North Walpole, and pass any vote thercon.


8th .- To sce if the district will vote to renew the con- tract with Bellows Falls high school for the tuition of high school pupils from Drewsville, and pass any vote thereon.

9th .- To hear the report of any committee, officers, or agents heretofore chosen, and pass any vote in relation there- to, and transact any other business that may legally come be- fore said meeting.
