you are hereby required in the name of said state to notify and warn the inhabitants of said Hanover who are leagally qualifyed to vote in Town affairs to meet at the south meeting house (so called) in said Hanover on friday-the 26th Day of May currant at two oclock afternoon to act on the following articles -

2nd To see if the said town will direct that the procecution of the action pending to be heard and tryed at the Superier Court of Judicature next to be holden at Plymouth within and for said county on the firft Tuesday of June next in which said town is plaintiff in review and Eden Boroughs Defendant, shall be Discontinued on the part of the Town, and that costs accrued shall be paid the said Boroughs -
