Greeting


You are hereby required in the name of the State of New Hampshire to notify the Inhabitants of said Hanover qualified by Law to Vote in town affairs, to meet at the South Meeting house, so callª in Said Hanover on the tenth day of Aprill next at eleven of the clock in the fore-noon to Act as said inhabi- tants shall think expedient, upon the following Articles-viz. Ist To choose a moderator to govern said Meeting


2ª To discontinue all that part of the highway Leading from the south west corner of College Green so called in said Hanover westward to Connecticut river which, beginning at the Gate near the toll house of White River fall Bridge, pafses round, the north Side of Said house and under the east end of Said Bridge to Said Connecticut River


Hereof fail not and make due return of this Warrant with your doings therein as the Law directs Given under our hands and Seal at Hanover aforesaid the twenty third day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and four

3ª to choose a person to represent said town at the General Court of sª State the Year insueing


4th to Choose all necefsary town officers


5th to take the sense of the quallified Voters on the subject of a revision of the Constitution


6th to hear and Allow Any Accounts that may be Exhibited together with the report of Audators heretofore Appointed relative thereto


7th to Raise money to defray town charges the insueing Year


8th to raise money for the Support of Schools


9th to raise money for makeing & repairing highways
