On motion voted that a committee of three be appointed to confer with Benj" Hatch respecting a part of a highway near his house & to report thereon-John Durkee Esq" Maj. Silas Tenny and David Hurlbutt were accordingly appointed and made report that Joseph Reynolds agrees to give Benjamin Hatch a bar way & Mr Hatch agrees to give Mr Reynolds the land conveyed to him by the Selectmen & that the town should grant to M' Hatch 10 dollars-
