A progressive and beautifully located town in a nook in the mountains in the southeastern part of Millard county, is 15 miles south of Fillmore, the county seat, 30 from Clear Lake, its shipping point, and 80 from Nephi, its banking town. Its population of 800 is up to date with good schools, one L. D. S. church, saw mill and a large number of business stores. Farming, cattle and sheep rais- ing are its main industries. All kinds of cereals are grown readily. A large amount of land is under cultivation for grain and lucern seed. One of the most romantic 50-mile drives in the State is in this locality. Mail daily.
