The list in Volume 2 has the year dates only. This list gives the full dates as they read off the stones. The broken stones mentioned in Volume 2, has been repaired and supported, by WILLIAM DALE CARTER, owner of the land. It is well kept. The information in ( ) is the personal knowledge of MARY CARTER, wife of WILLIAM DALE CARTER.

In an interview with DALE CARTER he showed me where ROBERT & ELLENOR CUNNINGHAM BAILIE use to live. Standing at the cemetery, looking across the river, there is an old chimney standing by itself. "There was a big double log house there, that's been torn down several years ago and that's where ROBERT BAILIE had his house. Right behind this barn, is a big spring that flows out of there into the river. And there was a beach tree there. That was one of the survey markers where it said on that land survey in 1816, at the head of BAILIE Spring. His property went up to the edge of the woods from the top of the hill, down to the river."
