of Wheeling, and is the terminus of four divisions of the B & O R R-the main lines to Baltimore and Wheeling, the branch to Parkersburg, giving direct outlet to Cincinnati, and the Grafton & Elkins branch, connecting at Beling- ton with the W Va C & P Ry, giving the city the best of shipping facilities. The Buckhannon & Northern branch of the Wabash now Building from Pitts- burg via Grafton to Belington will con- nect with the W Va Central & Pitts- burg and Western Maryland Rys to tidewater. Natural gas is used for fuel and heating purposes. It is lighted by electricity, is supplied with pure mountain water by one of the finest systems of water works in the state,
