(7 his regiment was organized at Con- cord, N. H., from September 13, · 1864, to April 4, 1863, for one and three years. Members whose term of service expired previous to Octo- ber 1, 1865, were mustered out May 6, 1865, and June 10, 1865. The re- maining members were consolida- ted'into a battalion of three compa- nies, and remained in service until July 29, 1865, when they were dis- charged, in accordance with orders from the War Department.)
