To either of the Constables of the Town of Ipswich.


GREETING :


In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby required to notify and warn the Legal Voters of said Town to meet at the Town House, on Monday, the seventh day of March current, at 9 o'clock, A.M., for the following purposes, viz :


ART. 1. To choose a Moderator.


ART. 2. To choose all necessary Town Officers, and grant such pay for their services, as the Town may think proper.


ART. 3. To hear and act on the Reports of Committees.


ART. 4. To raise money for the support of the High and Common Schools.


ART. 5. To raise money to repair the Highways, and determine the manner of apportioning the same.


ART. 6. To raise such sums of money as may be necessary to defray all Town charges for the ensuing year.


ART. 7. To see what compensation shall be allowed the Enginemen the ensuing year.


ART. 8. To see what Discount, if any, shall be allowed to those persons who pay their Taxes before the prescribed time of payment.


ART. 9. To see if the Town will authorize the Treasurer to hire money in anticipation of Taxes.


ART. 10. To see if the Town will authorize the Treasurer to renew Notes that are now due.


ART. 11. To see if the Town will accept the List of Jurors as prepared and posted up by the Selectmen.


ART. 12. To see if the Town will grant the Fruit Growers' Associa- tion the use of the Town House to hold their meetings in free.


ART. 13. To see if the Town will grant to the Town Temperance Society the use of the Town House to hold their meetings in free.


ART. 14. To see if the Town will repeal Section 1st of Chapter 4th of the By-Laws of this Town.


And you are to serve this Warrant by posting up attested copies of the same at each of the Meeting Houses, Damon's Hall, Town Hall, and at the School House in the North North School District, in said Town, three days at least before the time of said meeting.


Hereof fail not, and make due return of this Warrant, with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, at the time and place of said meeting.

GREETING:


In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby re- quired to notify and warn the legal voters of said town to meet at the Town House on Monday, the thirteenth day of March current, at nine o'clock, A. M., for the following purposes, viz:


ART. 1. To choose a Moderator.

ART. 14. To see if the town will choose a committee to confer with the Trustees of the Manning Fund in relation to building a School-house.


ART. 15. To see if the town will hire such house of the Tustees for the use of the High School until the said Trustees are prepared to open their School.


ART. 16. To see if the Town will provide a new School-house for the South Eighth District and raise money for that purpose.


ART. 17. To see if the town will build the highway from Market street to . the Boxford road as laid out by the County Commissioners, and raise money for that purpose.


ART. 18. To see if the town will purchase a piano for the use of the Town Hall.


And you are hereby directed to serve this warrant by posting up attested copies of the same at each of the Meeting-houses, Damon Hall, Town Hall, and at the School-house in the North-North District, three days at least before the time of said meeting.


Hereof fail not, and make due return of this warrant, with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, at the time and place of said meeting.
