Consideration, 2 acres given granters by Clivor Briggs. Dated 6. 30, 1806; Survey, by James Frost, Sept. 27, 1834, shows . a highway north and south, the centre line of which is the east line of alove parcel; A road running casterly and westerly also the "S. S. D. Turnpike", inter- secting the crossing of the two other roads and cutting off a gore of above par- cel, and states the area of land reduced to 1 acre 3 reeds, 18 perches; Declara- tion of Trust, same property. Estes, Joseph Moore, Michael Hong and Isone Stevens, all of Duanesburgh, 7. 13. 1828; A statement by Joel Heere and William Chadwick. 4. 25. 1873, giving the facts of the above doods: relatos. that Jedidish Tallmen was deceased when the second deed was executed, and that the ".". on this dato did appoint as trustees Francis Hong, William Chadwick, Samuel B. Davenport, Isaac G. Quimby, Mary Jane Heng and Marthe Chadwick, and directed them to have the deeds recorded. This statement acknowledged 7. 12. 15:3; Certificato of County Clerk on back of last paper, stating that the papers were recorded in Bock B of Miscellaneous Records pp. 131 to 137 inc., they act being recorded in Bock of Deeds because net acknowledged; Declaration of Trust. Jedediah Tallman, Zacchous Mond, Isaac Gaijo, Backiol Tripp, John Fratt and (livor C.
