Following regulations adopted in connection with use of Civic Building by Veterans' organizations :


1. Closing and locking all windows and doors.


2. Extinguishing all cigarettes and cigar butts.


3. All water faucets, toilet and other water outlets inspected and turned off. 4. Thermostat controlling oil burner set at proper approved temperature.


5. All gas jets, electric lights and stoves inspected and current turned off.


6. All waste food and similar rubbish collected and properly disposed of ; floors swept if necessary, and the halls, corridors and basements used in the course of the evening left in a clean and sanitary condition.

Claims and Litigation
