(In the name of the Commonwealth of Massa- chusetts; you are directed to notify the Inhabitants of the Town of Warren, qualified to vote in elections and in town affairs, to meet at the Town Hall, in said Warren, on Monday the fifth day of April at Six o'clock in the fordnoon, then and there to act on the following Articles :-


Art 1th to choose a Moderator to preside a said meeting,
