That for the purpose of procuring a temporary loan to and for the use of the town of Warren in anticipation of the taxe of the present municipal year, the town treasurer is hereby authorized and director to borrow from time to time with the approval of a majority of the board of Selectmen, a cum or cume not exceeding in the aggregate thirty thousand dollars and to execute and deliver the note or water of the town therefor payable within one year from the time the loan is made.
