The meeting was called to order by J. A. I. Quintas the Shower and the Warrant was read by the block at 6-35 O'clock A. M. Specimen ballots and instructions ware properly posted- The ballot box was opened at 7 O'clock A. M and shown to be empty the indicator standing at three ciphers.
The ballots were given out by Herbert N. Shepard (republican) and 7. Heelsum Undernord (democrat) Alfred E. Shumway (republican) and Mortimer J. Dugan (democrat) checked the voters list at and had charge of the ballot boy-
The polls were open and voting commenced at 7-O'clock A. M. At 705 o'clock the ballet box shipped one ballot in the record and again at 7-10, O'clock another thus indicating two more roles than ware cast
Ballof lox ane opened at 1-10, O'clock P. M. and 261 ballots were taken out The recorder on ballot box indicated that 264 roles had been deposited showing a defect in its working of three rotes- At 2-25 O'clock it was voted to close the polls at 4 O'clock-
At 4 O'clock the Garden declared the polls closed and 103 ballots wave taken from the ballot box-
The total number of votes taken from the box was 36 4- the indicator of the box showed that 368 roter had been cast showing further defecte in its working to the number of fom voter in all- Both tally sheets showed that 364 names had bar checked, corresponding with the sender of ballota haben from the ballot box-
