Art. 1. To choose a Moderator

2. To hear the report of the committee chosen at the last meeting to procure plans and estimates for repairing and enlarging the town hall building, and act thereon. 3

To see if the town will authorize its treasures, with the approval of the Selectmen to borrow such sums of money as will be necessary, in addition to the insur- ance money from the receily five loss on the town hall building, to meet the expenses of repairing and enlang- ing and furnishing said town hall building, ten per. cent of the sun sot borrowed, with interest, to be paid each year, or act in any way relative there to.

To see if the town will vote to accept such gifts and con- tributions as may be given by individuals , as mem- orials, towards the expense of repairing and enlarging the town hall building, or act in any way relative thereto, 6. To see if the town will vote to change the name of the town hall building to that of "Memorial "all" 7. To see if the Town will vote to reconsider the vote passed at the annual meeting in April 1900, thereby the town voted to authorize the Selection to prosecute and defend or settle all law suits of the town of Harren. 8.

Resolved, that the Committee chosen at the last meeting, consisting of William A Jenke, Edward Fairbanks, George A. Moody, Charles S. Hitchcock, Charles S. Blair, together with the board of Selectmen of Warres, be a committee, and are hereby authorized and instructed, to repair, enlarge and furnish the town hall building in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted excepting as to such details as the committee may deen it for the best interest of the town to change. Resolve was declared carried.

Resolved that for the purpose of meeting the expenses if repairing, enlargeing and furnishing the town hall building, the Treasures of the town for the time bring, be and tunely is authorized, with the approval of the Select- mun, to borrow in the name and in behalf of the town of Haven the sun of twenty thousand dollars, the same I paid ten per cent per annum, with the interest, and that he give the note or notes of the Tour of Warrer therefor, to be signed by said Treasurer and appena
