a License is hereby granted Gattigan of Harren County of Worcester State of Has to keep or suffer to be kept au Billiard and one Pool table in the Room on the comer floor and of the South end of the Seating rink are vivir Street owned by EM Woodworth of said Harren for public fine, to be used for umeusement merely, but, not for the purpose of gaming for money or other property Said tables not to be used evenings later than cleven o'clock and in strict accordance with the laws relating to the same said License to Continue until the first day of may next unless sooner revoked.
