To David Dempsey Constable of the Town of Varreu in the Country of Worcester, Sothe same of the commonwealth of Massachusetts, are directed to notify the Inhabitants of the Town of Haven, qualified to rate in elections and in town affairs how Brigham's Hall we said Haven, on Friday the Bernth day of July at 9 30 O'clock in the timing, Howand there to ao on the following Articles :-


Article 1st To choose a Moderator to preside at said inacting


Article 2nd To see if the town will vote to instruct it's Selectnew to order the Haven Brookfield and Spencer Street Railway Company to move their track, now located near the center of Morin Sheet in the center village of Waren between the foot of Factory Bill and the corner of Means and Maple Heels, to the south only side of said Marie Street.


Article 34 To see what action the town will take relative to the dedication of the New Town Hall building appropriate a sum of money for the same or act in any way relative thereto.


Article 4th To see if the town will vote to raise chapel Street in Het Starren from Water Street to Central that and of propriate the necessary money there for.

At a legal meeting of the Inhabitants of the Town of Vianen hola in Brigham's Hall, July 11th 1902 at seven-thirty O'clock ?! the meeting was called to order by bhas Blair, Tour tolook. Haven D. bodley and Jones Me Rettegett was appointed Class to act during the election of a Moderator, they were didly dome to the faithful discharge of their duties.


There are fifty votes cast for Mordecalor, Charles it Walker hrad forty ove (41) 2 cattering mine (9) and Charles it. Walker was declared to dected Moderator.


2. Hond and seconded that the board of Selecthere are auth orized to take all necessary steps to have the tracks of the Harrin Brook field And Spencer Street Vailnay Company mond to the south side of Man that between the Grove no Bralong Street, and the cross wack at the corner of Main and Maple Streets, and they are further authorized to pay Jach some of money as may be awarded as damages to any abutter on account of this change lyn commission legally appointed, of the said terms of money are in the judgement of the Selectioner without reason Action was idi declared lost. Moved and seconded that the town raise and appropriate One hundred and Fifty Dollars, and that the Town Hall Build- ing Committee be authorized to expend such sumy, also to add such other persons to the Committee, weshalb seem fay to make it a successfull dedication. Motion was declared carried by more than a two thirds rote.

Voted to appropriate the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to raise Chapel Street. Voted to accept and adopt the article.


Moved and seconded to pass the article over amended and seconded to appropriate sixty dollars, amended and exceeded that the sixty dollars to equally divided between. the three (3) Bands of the town. second amendment de- clared lost, first amendment declared carried, original action we areunded dicland carried.

Meeting called to order by Warden &.N. F. Luilaw and warrant read by the bleck at 9-12 KM. The necessary number of specime ballots and instruction to voters were posted.


The ballot box was opened and shown to be cupty the dial showing three ciphers, at 9-30 A. M


The ballote were given out by Herbert N. Shepard ( rep) and Williame F. Duncan (dem)
