ARTICLE 2. To hear the annual reports of the town offi- cers and committees, and to act thereon.


ARTICLE 3. To choose all necessary town officers and committees.

ARTICLE 5. To see if the town will authorize the treas- urer to borrow money for the use of the town in anticipation of revenue under the approval of the selectmen.


ARTICLE 6. To see if the town will raise and appropriate a sum of money to be used with money to be alloted by the state and county for permanent improvement to the East County Road and Maple Avenue, or take only action thereon.


ARTICLE 7. To see if the town will raise and appropri- ate a sum of money for the purpose of constructing a piece of improved road on Central Tree Road, Pleasant Dale Road, In- tervale Road, Muschopauge Road, or take any action thereon.


ARTICLE 8. To see if the town will vote to install extra

lights on Maple Avenue, and one light on Edson Avenue, or take any action thereon.


ARTICLE 9. To see if the town will authorize the as- sessors to use such unappropriated money and free cash in the treasury on December 31, 1930, for the purpose of reducing the tax rate or act anything thereon.


ARTICLE 10. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money for building sidewalks or taking action thereon.


ARTICLE 11. To see if the town will vote to instruct its town officers to itemize the reports of all departments or take any action thereon.


ARTICLE 12. To see if the town will vote to instruct its water commissioners in conjunction with the water commission- ers of the town of Holden to survey the shores of Lake Mus- chopäuge and determine what land it may be advisable to take to protect the purity of the water and appropriate a sum of money for the same or act anything thereon.


ARTICLE 13. To see if the town will vote to take steps to secure a reduction in electric light rates and appoint a com- mittee for the same or take any action thereon.


ARTICLE 14. To see if the town will vote to purchase a power lawn mower, and raise and appropriate a sum of money for the same, or take any action thereon.


ARTICLE 15. To see if the town will vote to purchase a truck for the highway department, and raise and appropriate a sum of money for the same, or take any action thereon.

ARTICLE 16. To see if the town will appropriate a sum of money to be paid to the trustees for county aid for Agricul- ture, in accordance with the provisions of, and for the purpose of Chapter 123, General Laws, or for the support of demonstra- tion work in Agriculture, Home Economics, or Boys' and Girls' Club Work, under the direction of the agents or instructors or the trustees cooperating with local town directors, or pass any vote or votes in relation thereto, or take any action thereon.


ARTICLE 17. To see if the town will vote to choose a director in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 128, General Laws, or pass any vote or votes in relation thereto or take any action thereon.


ARTICLE 18. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum of money to defray any expense incurred, or that may be incurred in defending the town rights in the controversy over taking the water of Lake Muschopauge for its water system.


ARTICLE 19. To see if the town will vote to contract with the state for highway purposes as provided under Chap- ter 81.


ARTICLE 20. To see if the town will vote to purchase a snowplow for the sidewalks, and raise and appropriate a sum of money for the same, or take any action thereon.
