Article 1. To choose a moderator to preside at said meeting. Article 2. To hear the annual reports of the town officers and committees, and act thereon.

To bring in and deposit their ballots for one Selectman for three years, for one Assessor for three years, for one Overseer of the Poor for three years, for a Treasurer for one year, for Collector of Taxes for one year, for one Water Commissioner for three years, for one member of the School Committee for three years, for one Library Trustee for three years, for one Auditor for one year. for Tree Warden for one year, for one Park Commissioner for three years, for five Con- stables for one year.
All the above to be voted for on one ballot, specifying the person voted for by placing a cross (X) after the name.

Article 4. To choose all necessary town officers and com- mittees.
Article 5. To see if the town will authorize the Treasurer to borrow money for the use of the town in anticipation of revenue, under the approval of the Selectmen.
Article 6. To determine how much money the town will raise and appropriate. 1. for general government, 2. for pro- tection of persons and property : 3. for highways; 4, for health and sanitation : 5. for charities and soldiers' benefits :6, educa- tion : 7. for recreation and unclassified : 8. for public service and enterprises : 9 for interest and maturing debt.
Article 7. To see if the town will raise and appropriate a sum of money to assist in defraying the expenses of a band for open-air concerts during the coming summer, or take any action thereon.
Article &. To see if the town will appoint a committee to look after the interests of the town in legislative matters affecting - the town and make an appropriation therefor or take any action thereon.
Article 9. To see if the town will raise and appropriate a sum of money to be used with money to be allotted by the State and County for permanent improvement of the East County Road, or take any action thereon.
Article 10. To see if the town will vote to have a street light installed at a point opposite the property of John E. Hagman on Main Street.

Article 11. To see if the town will vote to raise a sum of money for the purpose of grading grounds of West Rutland School.
Article 12. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of money. for the purpose of purchasing a tractor and equipment for snow removal, or take any action thereon.
Article 13. To see if the town will raise and appropriate a sum of money sufficient to move the North Rutland school house from the present site to a location in the village of North Rutland, or act or do anything thereon.
Article 14. To see if the town will authorize the treasurer. under the approval of the Selectmen. to borrow a sum of money for the purpose of purchasing a tractor and equipment for snow removal.
Article 15. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of money for the purpose of purchasing a new boiler for heating library and banquet hall or take any action thereon.
Article 16. To see if the town will vote to raise and appro- priate a sum of money to be used for the purpose of preserving certain town records, or take any action thereon.
Article 17. To see if the town will raise and appropriate a sum of money for the purpose of renovating or rebuilding lavatories in basement of Public Building or take any action thereon.
And you are directed to serve this warrant. by posting up attested copies thereof agreeable to vote of the town. One at each Post Office, one at the store at North Rutland and one at

the Public Building in said town seven days at least before the time of holding said meeting.
