On December 1 Mr. and Mrs. Wheeler resigned as warden and matron on account of removal to Vermont. The resigna- tion took effect January 1, 1925, closing a successful seven years' administration of the farm.
We were fortunate in securing the services of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Walker who had been at Spencer Home Farm as warden and matron. They now have charge of the farm.
Respectfully submitted,
WILLIAM H. PARKMAN, President. LOUIS M. HANFF, Secretary and Treasurer.
Charlton, January 1, 1925.
