To see if the Town will accept the laying out of a Town way from Rhinecliff Street to Valentine Road, substantially in the location of the private way known as Dow Avenue, as made and filed in the office of the Town Clerk by the Board of Selectmen under the provisions of law authoriz- ing the assessment of betterments; establish said way; make an appropria- tion for said laying out and the construction of said way; determine in what manner the money shall be raised; or take any action relating thereto.
